Paypal will debit your USD1-95 (refundable) to yr debit card. Wait for your statement to come in then you can see the particulars where there is a special 4 digits numbers given by paypal on this transaction. Login in to your paypal a/c and you need to key in this 4 digits number to get it verified.

I have no problem withdrawing from HSBC. Each time I withdraw RM3,000 so that I don't have to pay the ATM withdrawal fees to VMI. VMI don't charge you USD2 unless you are trying withdraw more than what your account balance has. You need to keep some balance inside your VMI so they can deduct the monthly fees. <strong>Usually I made my withdrawals at Maybank.
